Items are guaranteed to arrive in good condition and free from defect. Recipient will have 30 Days from date of delivery to report any items not in this condition. After 30 Days, no further warranty is available for the item unless offered by the manufacturer. |
Greater Than 30 Days |

Normally you will need a copy of your receipt as well as the warranty card or UPC Code from the product or it's packaging. |
Return Requirements:
- The Costs To Return A Package is the responsibility of the customer. The only exception to this is if the wrong items were shipped. In this case, customer will pay postage costs using the shipping method prescribed in the Return Authorization and receive these costs back in the form of a refund upon us receiving the return. Items that are being returned due to a Manufacturer's Defect must still be paid for by the customer. We put this in bold because we do not want to hide our controversial policies but rather stress and explain them. The prices you pay for our merchandise does not take into account additional costs that would be incurred if we paid for return shipping. Rather than raise our prices across the board, we feel it is much better to maintain the lowest possible prices and enforce this policy for the 1-2% of items that may be received defective. What we will do is pay the costs to ship an exchange back to you AND if any recipient receives more than one delivery with defective merchandise, we will reimburse shipping costs to return any future shipments that have any defective items. This policy is to show our customers while in a rare case an item may be defective, they will not receive another defective item from us in the future or we will eat all costs associated with the return and exchange.
- Items being returned for exchange for the same or similar item in a different size, must be returned for refund or store credit only. Consumer may then use this refund or credit to purchase the desired size.
- Unauthorized Returns may be refused, or be accepted and have 20% deducted from the refund amount for the cost of the product. (Original shipping fees are non-refundable) Because unauthorized returns do not have the Return Authorization Number included, extra time is required to track down the original order details, determine the reason the item was returned, etc.
- Return Requests placed for the reason of items being received damaged, can only be accepted if the order was placed using an insured delivery method. In this case, an insurance claim will be processed and returning of the item may not be necessary.
- Unless covered under an additional Manufacturers warranty, all merchandise sold from this warehouse will be eligible for return for the amount of time as specified in the item's description. Those products that list "Initial Satisfaction" have a 10 Day time limit in which you may request to return merchandise. All time limits are enforced from the date of delivery.
- Return Authorization Requests Received within 72 Hours of delivery (Regardless of the reason for wanting to return) will not be subject to any restocking or administration fees as long as the merchandise is returned in the same conditioned in which it was received.

No, we do not offer this service through our public site. In the past when we tried to offer CSV files to our customers, we had several who tried to take advantage of it and mass produce websites that were very substandard. Because we offer the same product line, it reflected poorly on us as well. So sorry, but no CSV downloads are available to the public. |

Garment Sizes:
BASIC SIZING CHART
Increasing Your Chances of the Right Fit... Because the manufacturing process is different for different garment styles, it is often difficult to obtain the same fit you would receive if purchasing from an actual leather store locally. However, with the proper sizing suggestions, you will find that you can save an enormous amount of money versus that leather shop and still find a size that fits well.
The tables below will provide you with a guide to selecting the properly sized leather apparel. Each article of apparel may differ slightly than the measurements provided below due to differences in the manufacturing process but should be close enough to provide a good basis for size selection. (Be sure to try on your item before removing any tags in case you need to exchange for a different size)

Knife Care & Maintenance:
In order to help you insure your knife lasts a lifetime and stays in pristine condition, we have provided the following Care and Maintenance for your reference:
Never attempt to use your knife as a screwdriver, pry-bar, chisel, or punch. Also, don't use the back of your knife as a hammer. It may break the springs, handles or pins. Use for any purpose other than cutting is considered abuse and is not covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty. DO NOT disassemble your knife.
SHARPENING YOUR BLADES
Contrary to common beliefs, a dull blade is more dangerous than a sharp and properly maintained one.
Sharpening a knife is sometimes thought to be the toughest task in caring for your knife; and rightfully so. Our knives feature stainless steel blades which will hold a good edge for a very long time. When sharpening a knife you must have a high quality sharpener that features a rough stock removal surface (preferably diamond abrasive) and a finishing surface of hard stone or ceramic abrasive. Because these materials are more dense than the steel, they will cut away the steel on the blade's cutting surface easily and with less effort. In the absence of this type of sharpening stone, a hard stone will also perform this task as well but requires more effort on your part since the stone is only slightly more dense than the steel blade.
Using a Sharpening Stone When grinding your knife on a stone, it is useful to use a three-way oil stone, Fine-Medium-Coarse. (If possible, you should try to use a "Steel Sharpener" for knife blade maintenance versus a stone). With a stone, make sure you use the exact same angle (Normally 20 degrees or so) at 30 to 40 strokes before your new edge is formed. Use more strokes if needed. The angle you should used is determined by how sharp you want the blade. The smaller the angle the sharper the edge. However be aware that the sharper the edge the sooner it will dull, and need to be re-sharpened. If you find it too difficult to maintain the desired angle throughout your sharpening procedure, take your knife to a reputable knife retailer in your area.
TIPS FOR PROPER CARE
- Moisture and fingerprints are public enemy #1 for knives. Keep your blades clean and dry at all times when not in use!
- Check the locking notch of lockbacks regularly to ensure that it will work properly. Keep all sand and grit out of the knife. Keep the mechanisms clean. Remember to never rely on a folding knife to be permanently locked in position.
- Do not store knives in their sheaths. The sheath can collect moisture and create pits on the blade.
- Occasionally oil the joints and springs of a pocket knife with a drop or two of oil. This will assure easier opening and closing and will prevent rust and lessen wear. Wipe the blades now and then with an oil-moistened cloth to prevent rust- especially if you live in a damp climate or close to the ocean. If your blade should get wet, dry it thoroughly. If your knife comes into contact with salt water or any substance you are not certain about, you should rinse it immediately with tap water, dry it and apply a light coat of oil.
- After putting a mirror finish on a blade, you hate to see fingerprints on it. Instead of using oil or what have you to protect the blade, rub on a light coat of Rain-X, the liquid you put on your windshield to make the water run off. Buff it right back off, and you have a protective coating that resists fingerprints, rust, and it keeps what you are cutting from sticking to the blade.
- It is important to close a folding knife slowly and carefully, since snapping it shut will force the blade to hit the internal parts, thus dulling the edge.
- If you get rust on your knife a S.O.S. pad with some rubbing alcohol will take the rust right off.
- Never sharpen blades on a power-driven grinding wheel, which can burn the temper from the blade. This is the type of high-speed grinder found in many home shops.
- Always cut with the edge moving away from you. Knives can have sharp razor edges so handle all knives with care and respect. Do not use for throwing unless specifically produced for that purpose.
- If you carry a pocket knife in your pocket with coins or keys you will scratch the handle and bolsters. The same is true if you put all your knives in a cardboard box stacked one atop the other, they will all get scratched, which reduces their value.

About Our Leather:
What is Patched Leather?
Patched leather (AKA - Italian Mosaic, AKA - Roman Rock) provides you with a very affordable means to own a genuine leather garment or accessory. The common misconception is that patched leather apparel uses inferior quality leather, when in fact, the leather used in construction is exactly the same as what you might expect to see in a solid leather jacket costing hundreds of dollars. We also offer Solid leather apparel and accessories at slightly higher pricing and these are noted in the product description that they are "Solid".
All About Leather...
How It All Starts The first step in the "tanning" method is to apply a protective treatment to the hides (whole pelts from cattle) or skins (the pelts of younger or smaller animals). They are then put through a chemical process to keep them from getting dry and brittle. Once this is done, the tanners work with the leather to adjust the thickness and color as well as apply treatments to produce sheen or dullness. The end product is sent to manufacturers, who cut and sew the leather into apparel and accessories. Once the solid leather jackets are created using the hide or pelt, the remaining pieces are then purchased by our leather manufacturers where they are recut, shaped and chemically treated to produce a uniform appearance for all of the different cuts now called "Patches". These patches are then masterfully sewn together to create some of the fine apparel offered on this site. Because the leftover hides or pelts are so inexpensive, you save hundreds of dollars on patched apparel made from the same leather.
- It is not uncommon for some of the end stitches to become loose. Simply snip the stitch that is not attached with scissors and carefully cinge the end with a small flame.
- Sometimes there will be a patch or two with approx 1cm of unstitched patching. This helps the leather to easily expand at stress points without popping any stitched seems and is un-noticeable unless diligently inspected. (It's like a built in pressure release valve for the apparel)
The Look and Feel of Leather
When most people see leather, their first reaction is to touch it. The way leather feels is called its hand. In general, the softer the hand, the higher the cost.
The raw material, which is a determined by genetics, greatly influences the quality of leather. Every hide and skin has sections that are naturally wrinkled, softer or thinner in certain areas. Environmental factors, including climate and food supply, also affect the final product. Since leather is a natural material, it is never uniform. Its small surface imperfections create a unique beauty that can never be duplicated.
Leather Facts
- Leather is tear resistant.
- Leather protects from heat, cold and wind; and it repels moisture.
- Leather items are available in a variety of weights and made with different linings for comfort in warm and cold weather.
- Leather apparel stretches and molds to your body, yet at the same time retains its shape.
- Leather breathes -- that's what keeps it soft and supple.
- Leather is an agricultural by-product of the food industry. We purchase the hides and transform them into beautiful leather apparel and accessories.
Leather Protection and Care
- Use a high-quality water and stain repellent product, like a Leather and Suede Protector found in local department stores, to help prevent water stains and soiling. Check the ingredients to make sure the protectant is free of silicone and wax, ingredients that break down the natural oils in leather. Apply immediately after receiving your new leather item, and every two or three months if used regularly.
- Avoid using cleaning fluid, shoe cream, saddle soap and mink oil. These products contain ingredients that may damage leather.
- We recommend that you test any protection and cleaning products on a hidden area of the leather.
- Don't keep heavy objects, such as key chains, in your pockets. Doing so will stretch the leather.
- Avoid applying hair sprays and perfumes while wearing leather.
- Don't attach pins, adhesive badges or tape to leather.
- Repair hems with a small amount of rubber cement.
Cleaning
- Gently blot liquid stains with a clean cloth.
- Winter salt stains your leather, wipe with a clean, damp cloth and dry naturally.
- Visit a professional leather cleaner for heavier or hard to remove stains. (Normal dry cleaning methods will remove essential oils, causing the leather to crack, fade and shrink. A cleaner who specializes in leather care will use a different method to clean and condition the leather. Even this special process may cause slight variations in color, texture and shape).
Care When Wet
- If your leather becomes wet, allow it to dry at room temperature. (Never put leather in the dryer.) Then apply Leather and Suede Protector. (If suede, buff with a soft towel to restore the nap).
- If your garment has faux fur trim and the fur gets wet, dry it with a hair dryer set on the lowest temperature. Shake fur during the drying process, and periodically during wear to maintain loft and maximize appearance.
Storage
- Store your leather coat or jacket on a wide wooden, plastic or padded hanger to help maintain its shape.
- Store leather in a well-ventilated, cool, dry place. Avoid hot areas, such as attics; or damp areas, such as cellars.
- Cover your leather with breathable cloth, like cotton sheets, when storing. Plastic bags or coverings will cause excessive drying.
- Wrinkles and creases in leather should hang out. If ironing is necessary, place heavy brown paper over the leather and use a cool to medium iron. Take care not to overheat the leather, which will cause excessive shine.
- Avoid exposing leather to direct sunlight or heat for prolonged periods of time.

Brand Name:
Because of the numbers of emails we receive asking what "Brand" the engines are, we have added this paragraph to explain the manufacturing and "Branding" process.
All engines are unbranded and manufactured within a factory in China. Specifically, there are 2-3 major manufacturers that build the engines and parts used for all imported recreational vehicles. After assembly, the manufacturer will then add the graphics that represent the Name Brand of the vehicle. In essence, all imported brands are built exactly the same with the exception of the detailing process that makes them brand recognizable.
In general, all of our products are imported under the name brand 'Roketa'. However, depending on availability, we may also use other importers to fill orders as needed. These vehicles will be branded under a different name.
If Brand Name is important to you as the buyer, we strongly recommend visiting your local dealer of Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, etc. Our low prices are a direct reflection of the absence of such recognizable brand names.
